Order processes in 14 days or less and ship from Fort Wayne, IN
$99 minimum order
$3.00 handling fee added per ship to address for all orders (in addition to shipping charges)

K&H will ship FedEx (ground or freight) within the USA only at the published FedEx rates.
K&H is not accepting accepting orders to destinations outside of the USA.
Merchant agrees to pay all shipping charges incurred with each item shipped by K&H Manufacturing, LLC.
K&H will charge the merchant any and all fees associated with a bad address provided. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all packages returned to K&H Manufacturing, LLC because of a bad address being supplied.
