- Shipping: Free shipping on orders over $300 in the contiguous 48 states (our carrier choice: FedEx, UPS, USPS)
- Order Processing: Orders ship within 1-2 business days
- Payment Options: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX
- Business Restrictions: We will not accept orders from third-party or non-pet-related e-commerce sellers (e.g., Amazon, eBay)
- International Orders: We will not accept international orders or shipments to freight forwarders at this time.
- Tax Resale Certificate: All customers must have a signed tax resale certificate and permit on file, please upload here. You will need to log in to your account.
- First time customers please download a resale form HERE, complete it and email it along with your permit to service@wholesalepet.com.
- Returns/Customer Service: Please contact orderdesk@kingwholesale.com within 48 hours with photos for assistance.
- Out of Stocks: At King, we pride ourselves in our customer service and ultimately your experience as our customer! Here is what you can expect when placing orders with King! If we are sold out of any items on your order, we will attempt to contact you before processing your order. If we request a reply, and do not hear from you in 48 hours, we will process your order short the out of stock items if your order total remains above 300.00 for free shipping. If your order total drops below 300.00 and we are unable to reach you within 7 days, we will go ahead and cancel the order as we would not feel comfortable adding shipping without your approval. For orders below 300.00 please expect a ship charge of 10-20% of your order total. We will contact you if shipping is above 20% for your approval. It all started with a 24-page catalog inspired by a dog named King.
In 1987, visionary entrepreneur Valerie MacMillan launched a mail-order catalog for groomers and animal hospitals across America. Her dream was to provide quality brand-name pet products at reasonable prices, focusing on items that offered both great quality and value.
Fast forward 35 years: King Wholesale has grown to a 168-page catalog and online shop. While the industry has evolved and Valerie is no longer with us, her legacy endures still today. Now! Heather, Valerie’s daughter, carries on the family tradition, emphasizing the needs of small, family-owned and independent retailers. Like her mother, Heather believes in building lasting relationships based on honesty, integrity, and trust.
