In other countries or the Non-contiguous US, we will email the vendor shipping rate. The order will be processed after we receive confirmation.

Exchanges are accepted for fulfillment errors or manufacturing defects only. Please contact info@hugsmartpet.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods and provide a picture of the items for exchange.
