Pet Palette Operations LLC operates under the business name Pet Palette Distribution.

• All Pet Palette customers must have a Tax Resale Certificate on file, please upload here. If no certificate is on file within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled. 
• $99 minimum order. 
• Orders ship out within 1-2 days. If we can ship your order sooner, we will!
• If you have an order that requires special attention, please include those details in the 'Message to Vendor' section at checkout.
• Orders are processed individually and cannot be combined.
• Pet Palette Distribution does not charge credit cards until orders ship! We accept Visa and MasterCard and AMEX.
• No longer accepting orders from E-Commerce only customers or 3rd Party Resellers
• Free Shipping via FedEx only for the 48 contiguous states on orders over $299 after discounts. Shipping discounts apply to in-stock items only. UPS and USPS do not qualify for shipping discounts. For complete details, click here.

• Exchanges are accepted for mis-shipments or defective merchandise only, please contact orders@petpalette.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods and provide a photo of the items for speedy service.

• Perishable Items Policy: Pet Palette Distribution ensures that all perishable items have an expiration/best buy date of 6 months or more beyond the product’s order date. If your order contains products that expire in less than 6 months and you believe you are eligible for a credit, please reach out to orders@petpalette.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods and provide clear images of the expiration dates and quantities of each product that is short-dated.
