- Return Policy:
Groomer’s Choice will gladly accept the return of merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided product(s) must be returned in saleable condition. Saleable condition means all packaging and accessories must be returned and void of any marks, stickers, smells or damage. Credit amount will be issued minus 15% restock fee and/or cost of replacement goods for items missing.
All returns must be preauthorized with an RMA # - you can obtain an RMA # by calling 866-550-7036 or send us an email to help@groomerschoice.com.
