Since 2004 West Paw Zogoflex® toys have been infinitely recyclable - meaning when customers bring well loved and worn out Zogoflex toys back to your store, we recycle them into more things dogs love – Toys.
The more we get back, the greener Zogoflex gets. Over 266,589 lbs of well-loved toys have been cleaned, put through the grinder and turned back into new toys. Thank you! Your customer returns help us make Zogoflex a zero-waste product. We will continue to do our part in decreasing the amount of plastics that are forever stored in landfills.

Here’s how:
- Order your FREE Join the Loop box on Wholesale Pet. You'll get a West Paw Recycling Center box, a link to "Join the Loop" social media posts for you to use, "Recycler of West Paw Dog Toys" sticker, and pre-paid return boxes.
- Collect any Zogoflex toys until the return box is full then simply send it back to West Paw using the pre-paid shipping label and we’ll make more toys! (Love It Guarantee friendly, contact West Paw for details.)
- Make the world a better place, one recycled toy at a time.
West Paw guarantees every product we manufacture in Montana – that’s all of them. If your customers are unhappy with the performance of a West Paw product they purchase from you, we offer a one-time replacement or refund (per toy design) for their purchase. It’s that simple. No dog toy, no matter who makes it, is indestructible. Encourage your customers to choose only toys that are the appropriate shape, size and material for their dog and remind them to always supervise their dog’s use of any toy. If you have a customer whose dog has damaged one of our toys, please have them discontinue use of the toy immediately and take advantage of our Love It Guarantee™.
