- Do you have a physical store location you sell out of? If so, what is the address (s)?
- Do you have a website that you sell on? If so, what is the web address?
- If you have an online store only, and will be buying KONG products, have you been approved by KONG? If so, please provide proof.
- Do you sell on a third-party market place? Example: amazon, jet, Walmart, ebay
