- We will confirm your order by email with an estimated ship date. Your order will ship as soon as all items have arrived and your order is complete.
- If you have an order that requires special attention, please include those details in the 'Message to Vendor' section at checkout.
- Orders are processed individually and cannot be combined. If you decide later you need to add to your order, please start a new order instead, as our system reserves product in the order in which it is sold.
- Pet Palette does not charge credit cards until orders ship! We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover. Sorry, no Paypal or wire transfers are accepted.
- No longer accepting International orders , orders to freight forwarders or orders outside of the 48 lower States.
- No sales to 3rd Party Resellers such as Amazon, FBA Amazon, Ebay.com, Jet.com, Chewy.com etc.

Exchanges are accepted for mis-shipments or defective merchandise only, please contact orders@petpalette.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods and provide a photo of the items for speedy service.

We have recently evaluated our International and Freight Forwarder Shipping Policy. Pet Palette no longer ships to International customers, freight forwarders and any customer outside of the lower 48 states. We will focus on shipping within the continental United States (Lower 48 states only).
