- Free-Shipping on $350 Minimum Purchase Orders. Orders below $350 will be charged freight at our discounted rate.
- All Purchase Orders are typically processed and Shipped Same Business Day Prior to 2:00 PM EST (Otherwise Next Day)
- Transit time may range from 2 to 5 Business Days, shipped from the East Coast.
- We presently Do Not allow our products to be sold on any Marketplace Platforms (IE: Amazon, Ebay)

- All Orders ship FOB from our facility in Edison, New Jersey
- Pet Life will cover a maximum of $100 in shipping costs (Retailer is responsible for the difference in balance). For Orders above $1,500 all freight is covered.
- For any Merchandise Defective or Damaged. Please provide proof of damage within 30 Days following delivery of your order.
- Drop-ship orders (Orders 2 Units and below) will incur a $5.00 Drop-ship fee added to your Purchase Order
