TARIFF UPDATE AS OF NOVEMBER, 2025

‼️Great News, U.S. Retail Partners – November 2025 Tariff Update ‼️
We’re thrilled to share that tariffs on our products to the U.S. have dropped 25% until Nov next year🎉! While still a hurdle, this change is a huge relief — and it means our beloved snuffle mats stay within reach for your pups.
The current U.S. tariffs stand at 25%, which is a bit steep for us to absorb entirely. To keep things smooth and sustainable for both sides, we would be adding 10% of the tariff, while we’ll continue to absorb the remaining along with any brokerage fees. The 10% tariff would be on the product cost and would be added to the shipping cost.
We truly appreciate your understanding and partnership—it means the world to us (and to all the pups eagerly waiting for their enrichment goodies!). Let’s keep the tail wags coming! 🐾💛
