Glitter Party Crowns feature SnugFit®, which includes two sets of stretchy elastic bands for comfort and stability. They feature a sliding toggle to adjust snugly under the pets chin and the elastic bands run in front and back of the pets ear to keep the hat in place.  Glitter does not rub off on you or your pet!
